How do I improve myself ?
- Never sleep without planning your day in advance.
- Never go back to sleep once you wake up.
- Make your bed perfectly after your wake up. This is your first accomplishment for the day.
- After waking up, do some sort of exercise at least for 20 mins.
- Eat less but high quality food.
- Make a diet. 6 days strict strict routine and one day 100% free.
- Every single day, read something new. Be it a book or Quora.
- Create a group of Great mind thinkers. People who think like you but are better than you.
- Never end your day without discussing your day with the Great mind group.
- Take a small risk every day.
- Take a big risk once in a year that can positively change your life or challenge your way of thinking.
- Do not give too much importance on the final destination or goal. Enjoy the journey. You never know when you will die.
- Subscribe to amazing YouTube channels that educate, inform and challenge your mind.
- Be exceptionally competitive and compete with someone better than you.
- Take a complete day off and disconnect with everything, once a week to recharge yourself.
- If you want to achieve massive success, work more and sleep less.
- Don’t plan too far ahead in future. It is pointless.
- Go for a complete body checkup once a year. It’s always good to know where your health is heading towards.
- Learn this saying “When in doubt, leave it out.”
- In the end, always leave your name and signature in everything you do.
