Shikha Metray from Ghaziabad is 23, a graduate, worked at an apparel company in Delhi, and ran a YouTube account called “Kuwari Begum”. In a video, she promoted se*ual assauIt on infants and women.
Shikha was streaming a game when she said the following:
“…find a toothless chiId. Find a newborn baby around you. Tell the baby’s mother you want to take the baby away for play. Then you have to take that kid and do something. If I had a *****, I would have tried. Imagine a baby without teeth… Oh ho ho”
She also suggested that males should be s*xuaIIy aggressive against women (without consent) and chiIdren.
The comments were screen-recorded by a law student who circulated it for action against Shikha. After the clip went viral, Shikha closed her Youtube account and disabled her social media handles.
On June 12, an FIR was filed with Ghaziabad Police against Shikha as per IPC section 293 (sale, distribution, circulation of obscene objects to anyone under 20) and IT Act section 67B (publishing or transmitting material depicting children in se*ually explicit act).
Shikha Metray is in the police custody.
In other news, a woman named Anjela in Pennsylvania, USA, falsely accused a man of kidnapping and r*pe because his appearance looked “creepy” to her. He was jailed.
With an elaborate plan, she identified a suspect, described his truck, and passed on unrelated injuries as the result of assauIt.
The man spent a month in jail. Authorities checked CCTV and call records of Anjela. That and her inconsistent claims led to the discovery that the accusation was false.
Anjela was jailed with her bail set at $30,000.
